Please note this is for a single channel pair of (joined) leads only. You will need one for each set of electrodes you want to use.
Please note the ends on these leads are male, i.e. they have a 2mm pin sticking out for connection to standard TENS electrodes. Colour of the lead may vary, depending on stock available.

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases from our account and you should read them carefully. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time and please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
We accept the following payment methods: · Paypal (Please kindly note that sometimes it can take 10 days to clear if paying by eCheque.) · Postal Orders · Bank Transfer (Details will be provided upon request and additional bank charges may apply) When sending payment by post please remember to include details of the item, item number and your user ID. Items will be despatched within 24 hours after cleared payment received.
UK Mainland --- Orders are normally sent via Royal Mail 2nd class standard unless requested otherwise. APC courier services are also available according to customer’s request. For UK national delivery, Royal Mail will not class a parcel as lost until at least 15 working days after despatch. Therefore please kindly wait for 15 working days after payment date before contacting us regarding undelivered Royal Mail items.
Same day despatch applies when orders and payment is received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Non UK Delivery --- We deliver to worldwide destinations via Royal Mail Airmail service. International signed for is also available if requested. For international delivery, Royal Mail will not class a parcel as lost until at least 28 working days after despatch. Therefore please kindly wait for 28 working days after payment date before contacting us regarding undelivered Royal Mail items.
Please kindly leave good feedback when your item arrives and we will do the same in return. If there is any aspect of the transaction you are not pleased with please contact us before leaving feedback. Most problems can be resolved with communication and bad feedback should be a last resort.
Non Paying Bidders
Please make payment for your purchase within 7 days of purchase. If this is not possible please contact us as soon as possible. Where no payment or no contact has been received within 7 days, ’s unpaid item process will be initiated. This will give a further 7 days for payment or communication to be made to resolve the matter.
The Company will despatch items ordered by the Customer using the methods of delivery specified in the shipping section of this offer and as chosen by the Customer. Combined postage can be arranged where multiple items are purchased - please contact us.
The Company shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times set out in the shipping section are met, but cannot accept liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Company. “Estimated delivery” times are automatically arranged by and not set by the seller tens2go. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods and will depend on when your payment clears.
The Company is able to deliver to addresses inside and outside of the United Kingdom and the delivery charges may vary according to the destination. If delivery cannot be made to the Customer’s address, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and, where applicable, any sums paid by the Customer will be refunded.
Goods will be sent to the delivery address supplied by the Customer when making their purchase. The Company cannot be responsible if the delivery address supplied is incorrect. Should the Customer fail to provide correct details, the Customer shall be liable for the costs of the goods, delivery charges and any other charges arising from this error.
Should the Customer wish to change the delivery address for an order placed with the Company, the Customer shall contact us at the earliest opportunity. The Company shall make every effort to effect such a change before despatch of the Customer’s order. Should the order have been despatched prior to the Customer notifying the Company then the Company cannot change the delivery address. The Customer shall become liable for any charges arising from the need to recover the goods and send the order to a new address.
You are obliged by US law to obtain a prescription to purchase TENS and when purchasing our TENS you hereby agree that you have a valid prescription and will produce it if required.
Cancellations and Returns
Should the Customer wish to cancel or return any goods, this may only be done in accordance with this Cancellation and Returns Policy.
Prior to despatch the Customer may cancel any order or item at any time and no cost will be incurred. After despatch, costs will be incurred as a result of a late cancellation and the Customer will be charged an administration charge. This fee shall be a minimum of £5 and shall be paid towards delivery costs incurred by the Company. This charge may however be increased should the courier or delivery agent raise a charge to return the goods to the Company or should the Customer refuse to accept delivery and in the case of an expedited service being chosen i.e next day delivery, this cost will not be refundable.
After payment of the handling charge, the balance of any sums paid by the Customer shall be refunded. Any cancellation will only be processed and any resulting refund will only be made once the ordered goods are received back by the Company and accepted.
No returned goods will be accepted by the Company unless they are unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned within the original packaging with any seal unbroken. Goods that do not meet these requirements, including electrodes, will not be accepted.
If the goods are not received by the Company within 30 days from the invoice date, no refund will be made to the Customer.
The Customer must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged whilst in the Customer’s possession or in transit. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are received back by the Company should cancellation take place after despatch.
The Customer should use an insured form of postage. Should the goods get lost in transit, the Customer remains liable for their loss and responsible for making any claims against the courier/postal agent used to return the goods. No refund will be paid by the Company in these circumstances.
The Customer is not permitted to return goods using “return to sender” since it cannot be guaranteed how long it will take for goods to be returned to the Company or whether the goods will reach the Company at all using this method. Goods returned in such a manner will not be accepted.
The Customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify the Company within 7 working days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the order placed. Should the Customer fail to do so, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no refund will be permitted.
Where a claim for defect or damage is made the goods shall be returned to the Company and if it is confirmed that there is a defect or damage the Customer shall be entitled to a replacement of goods or full refund (including delivery charges) and any return postal charges.
Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the fault of the Customer, the Customer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. Where repair is not possible, the Customer will be liable for the full cost of the goods as detailed in the invoice issued with the goods. The Customer shall also be responsible for all postal charges to return the goods to the Customer, should the Customer so require. These will be paid before the goods are returned to the Customer.
All goods to be returned, must be returned to Body Clock Health Care Ltd, 108 George Lane, South Woodford, London, E18 1AD together with documentation clearly identifying the Customer’s full name, full address, telephone number, details of what is being returned, the problem identified and the original invoice number. Prior to postage, please contact us to discuss your return.
The Company warrants that the Goods shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of despatch for a period specified in the user manual for TENS, EMS and Electro acupuncture units. All other Goods purchased from the Company, including but not limited to leadwires, belt pouches and belt clips shall be covered by this warranty for 3 months. This does not include electrodes.
The Company will at its option refund the purchase price or repair or replace free of charge any Goods which are proved defective upon examination by the Company, provided:
• the Customer makes a full inspection of the Goods within 7 days of delivery by the Company;
• the Customer notifies the Company forthwith of any defects it discovers;
• the Customer has used the Goods in accordance with the instructions or recommendations of the Company; and
• the Goods are returned to the Company at the Customer’s own expense for inspection and assessment by the Company.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, and negligence by the Customer or a third party, use otherwise than in accordance with the Company’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Company’s approval.
In no circumstances shall the Company’s liability to the Customer for any breach of warranty exceed the price paid for the Goods in respect of which the claim is made.
If the goods supplied develop a defect while under warranty the Customer should contact us.
If a customer is not purchasing goods as consumer, the Company will not be liable for any losses relating to any business (e.g. lost profits or consequential loss) which arise from any failure by the Company to supply the goods.
The Company shall not incur any liability to the Customer in the event that there is any delay in the performance of its obligations solely by force majeure, i.e. any cause of delay beyond the Company’s reasonable control including but not limited to civil war, riots, revolution, act(s) of terrorism, labour disputes or strikes, lockouts, sabotage, act of war or piracy, destruction of essential equipment by fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, delay caused by failure of power supplies or transport facilities, act(s) of government or by any other cause not within the reasonable control of the Company.
If you have any questions, whether about an item or anything else please do not hesitate to contact us. We try and reply to all queries as soon as possible, hopefully within 24 hours of being received but please allow longer for a reply at peak times. Emails sent over the weekend may be replied to on Monday.
Contraindications Do NOT use TENS before 37 weeks of pregnancy unless under medical supervision. Electrodes should only be positioned as recommended for childbirth, unless otherwise stated by your midwife or medical adviser. Do NOT place electrodes on the abdomen (before birth), the front or side of the neck, or areas on the head, which could cause current to flow transcerebrally. Do NOT use TENS if you have a demand-type cardiac pacemaker. If you suffer from or any undiagnosed pain, have any metal plates or any doubts, consult your medical adviser. Never use TENS to mask undiagnosed pain as this could require urgent treatment. The unit MUST NOT be used for Pelvic Floor Stimulation in any mode or with the Vaginal Probe during pregnancy. Pelvic Floor Stimulation can only be used from at least 12 weeks after childbirth. Check the appropriate time with your medical advisor. Do NOT use the Elle TENS+ for Pelvic Floor Stimulation with the Vaginal Probe if you are suffering from any urinary or vaginal infection, or at the same time as using a barrier contraceptive device such as a diaphragm or cervical cap, or during your menstrual period. Do not use this unit for Pelvic Floor Stimulation at the same time as using a contraceptive coil without first checking with the manufacturer of the coil to establish that the two devices are safe to use together.
General Precautions & Adverse Reactions Do NOT use this unit without first reading these instructions. Do NOT immerse the TENS machine in any liquid. Do NOT place it close to any source of excessive heat or operate it in the presence of flammable gas. Do NOT drop this unit onto a hard surface. Do NOT attempt to dismantle the TENS machine. Only use specified batteries, electrodes and probe. If damaged, do not use. Return to supplier. Remove the batteries when not in use. Do NOT use while driving or operating potentially dangerous machinery. Do NOT use in close proximity (e.g. 1m) to shortwave or microwave therapy equipment to avoid instability in the stimulator output. Do NOT use adjacent to or stacked with other equipment. Keep out of the reach of children. DO NOT place electrodes or vaginal probe across or through the head, directly or near the eyes, covering the mouth, on the front or sides of the neck (especially the carotid sinus), on the chest and upper back so as to cross over the heart, directly over your heart or an area of broken, inflamed, infected or numb skin. Electrodes should only be applied to skin with normal sensation unless under medical supervision as skin irritation may occur following long term application. This is an internally powered medical electrical equipment. Do not use battery or power sources other than those specified in these instructions. No modification of this equipment is allowed.
Warnings Electronic monitoring equipment (such as ECG monitors and ECG alarms) may not operate properly when TENS is in use. Portable and mobile RF communications equipment can affect medical electrical equipment. Operation of the equipment or system below this amplitude or value may cause inaccurate results. Mild temporary skin irritation can occur following long term application. Simultaneous connection by the user to a high frequency surgical medical electrical equipment may result in burns at the site of the electrodes and equipment. Users should seek advice from their medical advisors when use of this equipment is required. Keep out of the reach of children and babies at all times. Children and babies may be at risk of strangulation by entanglement in leadwires or choking by swallowing small parts or accessories. Ensure that from the device and all accessories are stored away safely out of the reach of children and babies at all times. It is unsafe to use accessories, detachable parts and materials not described in these instructions for use. Do not interconnect this device with any other equipment not described in these instructions for use. Do not modify this equipment in any way. The device shall not be serviced or maintained while in use with a patient. The TENS machine is not user repairable and must be returned to the manufacturer if it requires repair. This unit needs special precautions regarding EMC and needs to be installed and put into service according to the EMC information provided in the Accompanying Electromagnetic Information document. Do NOT handle or insert Pelvic Floor Stimulation probe or TENS electrodes unless the unit is switched off. Do NOT use in the presence of tuberculosis, malignant tumours, very high or very low blood pressure, high fever or acute inflammatory disease unless under medical supervision. Do not use this device on infants or people not capable of expressing their intentions.
